About the Role: FishAI is looking for a Growth Specialist to join our ambitious team. This role focuses on driving rapid and sustainable growth for our innovative AI-driven trading platforms. As a Growth Specialist, you will develop and execute strategies that enhance user acquisition, retention, and expansion, using data-driven approaches to optimize our market presence and increase product adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement growth strategies that effectively combine elements of marketing, data analysis, and user experience to drive product adoption and customer engagement.
- Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels to identify the most effective methods for reaching potential users and converting them into loyal customers.
- Analyze user behavior data to understand the drivers of engagement and retention, and develop initiatives to optimize these metrics.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to coordinate cross-functional growth initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of growth strategies, providing insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in growth hacking and technology to continuously improve our strategies and tools.
Your Team: You will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team that includes marketers, product managers, data analysts, and engineers, all dedicated to building a cutting-edge trading platform. The team environment is dynamic, innovative, and focused on results.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in a growth-focused role, preferably within the fintech, trading, or technology sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools and methodologies used to measure performance, interpret data, and derive insights.
- Excellent understanding of user behavior and customer lifecycle in digital products.
- Creative thinker with a test-and-learn mentality and an ability to manage multiple experiments and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
